True, buy a product whose based in U.S.A. It always seemed to me that buying from an overseas market was a little to edgy for me, not knowing who/what you are dealing with. You have numerous quality productions here that are just as good as these companies in different countries.

I have my D662.A components for 6 yrs going and never have I been impressed with the natural crispness of this set. Midbass will be very articulate. Door deadening must be done to really enhance this feature. I did upgrade my tweeters to the HEX aluminum and have been happy with that as well...

If you by chance do want to use these, I would aim them off axis and have them heavily dampened as these are very efficient speakers. Will still be extremely loud for a car audio application. I do not think you will like these as they will definitely overpower the rest of your system.
